This application allows the church administrator to assign tasks for an individual(s) who will be responsible for collecting all incoming donations, another individual(s) for the outgoing expenses, the 3rd person(s) overseeing both (incoming and outgoing expenses) in real-time. Everything is back up on the cloud-based system and available 7/24 hours. This java application is developed from scratch (the ground up) based on our experiences and the tasks within our church organization. There is no need to spend countless hours to generate reports (donations, expenses, paid/unpaid membership, income statements, yearly contribution/expense report, and more), the Church Accounting System (CAS) will help the church oversees and processes all accounting systems with just a click of a button.
